Time to get serious!
Today I'm starting 2 challenges:
1. Losing to Gain - 40 pounds down by end of September!
I have about 33 pounds to lose, and I can't wait to get started eating right and exercising on a regular basis.
My mini-goals for this challenge are:
a. drink only water for 6 days a week (It's okay to splurge once a week, right?) :) b. walk/jog on my treadmill every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday (for at least 30 minutes) c. stop eating at least 2 hours before I go to bed d. follow my weight watchers guideline e. track all food and exercise f. do other kinds of exercise at least 3 times a week (other than the treadmill)
2. H2O Challenge: 64oz a day keeps the fat away!
I am really excited for this challenge. I always want to drink a lot of water, but it never seems to happen. I think having an actual challege/goal of 64oz a day will help me. This gives me a goal and it's like a race to see how long it takes me to drink that much water.
My only mini-goals for this challenge are:
a. drink at least 64 oz of water every day (more if I can) b. don't drink any sodas, teas, juices, etc for 6 days a week.
