Whooper weight-loss since last week Tuesday so happy about this. I might continue to do what I am doing which is to basically start my green tea, protein shake as soon as I get to work. I used to intermittent fast and delay. Also until I hit a plateau I am considering dropping or reducing morning cardio. Still sleeping way too late need to get around this somehow.
