Breakfast: egg, ham, havarti on gluten-free english muffin
Lunch: salad w/egg, tomato, radish, sunflower seeds, spinach, broccoli, red onion, cucumber, low-fat honey dijon dressing. Pecan/brown rice crackers.
Snack: banana
Dinner: salisbury steak, mashed sweet potatoes
Snack: trail mix or carrot sticks & yellow sweet pepper strips w/yogurt ranch dressing to dip in

This will be the same tomorrow.
