Time marches on, had a fantastic weekend camping and basketball-ing with the family. I wasn't very hungry but I allowed myself to eat 3 meals each day with the group, camping food is gooooood. The best part was that I could eat, then stop eating, and not even think about food. Then, eat at the next meal, stop eating, and it didn't even cross my mind...this is all new territory to me! I am not being controlled and manipulating by cravings and sugar crashes and junk food that calls my name...Monday, jumped right back into my little fast, and had greasy burritos for dinner (not a very good choice but it was a busy day!) and I am right on track today...this is great.
219.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
