Today was not the best day for being prepared with meals. I got into cleaning the house and forgot to prep anything. Thankfully my wife is on my side and a huge supporter of my journey. She's the greatest. We had a lazy day of watching TV and the kitties. My numbers are good but my percentages are all over the place. Probably because I was not prepared. At least I didn't cheat. Tomorrow is another day.
