well tried to do the whole low cal stuff i did loose a few pounds but i just feel really bloated and not to sound nasty but i've been letting out air like nobody's business.. so i am going back on atkins.. now that i havent smoked for almost 3 weeks and i'm really not missing it all. i think that i was just going through the motions i think that i did continue to smoke because i was afraid of all the weight that i would gain..15 lbs to be exact but atleast i know that i wont risk my life over it anymore.. now i just have to get back on track with my health and appearence.. i was walking around the mall and was seeing my reflection in the windows and i was just like.. looking at all those beautiful outfits and the fit sale clerk really made me disappointed in myself.. its like i lost the first 50 why cant i just loose the other 50 i start and then i stop... one main reason is the funds but even then after the first couple weeks i get really bored with the food.. i dunno what to do, but i am gonna be back on track starting tomorrow i have no choice..

Variety is the key. Find more favorite foods and mix it up. Plan to experiment on a new recipe once a week to add to your meal plan. We get bored because of lack of variety. Dont let that get you down. Just find some new recipes. Make a list of all your favorite atkins-friendly snacks and recipes, keep adding to the list. BTW I totally know what you mean about feeling bloated when you're not eating low-carb. That is a sure sign that your body needs low carb.
