So proud! I worked out 40 minutes with the Wii Biggest Loser last night--built up a good sweat, plus logged over 7200 steps yesterday! Feeling a little sore this morning, but that just reminds me that I did it! LOL At first I felt kind of bad when I logged on and it told me that it had been 33 days since my last workout. I didn't realize just how bad I had slacked off--considering I had been working out 4-5 days a week. But it's okay, I did it last night, and I'll do it again! My biggest loser schedule is next workout tomorrow, which is fine. Tonight we have a work night at church--doing some spring cleaning and prettying up the landscape, lol. I'm sure I'll get a good workout tonight--won't need to "exercise"! Looking forward to a .8 loss so I can get my tanning bed package. Come on mini-goal!! :)
