Ok where do I start? I have to write this quickly because Greg and I are about to leave for a wedding reception (well it's an oyster roast, but still). Anyway....I'm sort of jumping right to Phase II and a bit of WW because it's more harmonious with my life style right now. I'm going to TN with my sister tomorrow (Sun-Wed) and then I'll be at home (parents) for Thursday and then Greg and I are out of town Fri-Sun, so I think I need to be a little more lenient in what I can eat than just Phase I foods. I think I did well, I didn't cheat the first 5 days until last night when I had a bit of chili Greg made that had really lean ground beef in it. Not to bad. And I already made breakfast for us which was egg whites & veggies, that way we're not tempted to stop on the way since we have a 2+ hour drive!
Anyhow, I'm not sure what the hotel arrangements are I asked my sister if she'd made reservations yet, and she wasn't sure if the place she was planning on getting a room at had a little gym. I hope it does, most places do nowadays, and if not well that's what push ups and sit ups and walking up and down hills are for. So I even packed some "workout clothes".
I'll be gone tomorrow afternoon for the weigh in, but I'm finding someone to cover for me, so Black Team do your best!!!! Speaking of weighing in, I should be weighing in tomorrow at 123! Which is a 2.6lbs loss from last week, yay!
So I'm not completely abandoning dieting, just being less stringent than Phase I of Fat Smash.
