weigh in is tomorrow. not feeling very confident. been super down lately but still trying to keep my new eating habits.

Just remember its not a death threat its just a number sweetie...I want you to measure tomorrow too after you weigh please... waist hips thighs and wright it down... I'm sensitive to some foods and they can cause fluctuation...but my measurements continue to decrease and my clothes feel better....you will be fine because you are trying to work at it...and you will continue to work at it with either ups or downs on that stupid scale we got you...have a wonderful evening;)
