When I started this journey at 198lbs my goal was to get to the recommended high end for my height 132lbs. It’s taken me a few years to get here, but! I’ve done it! 4.2 more and I’ll be at the low end of healthy for my height. It’s funny all the psychology that goes with weight loss. I still do not really see myself at this weight. I’m leery of buying smaller sizes lol and a bit surprised when they fit. Etc. I’ll have to ponder my mixed bag of feelings lol
