Had another good day. Under 20 total carbs - drank all my water and did my 30 min. walk. I told my husband that in a week I will increase my walk by 15 min. I know that seems like so little to those of you who are exercisers but it's progress for me. I also plan to start working out but I haven't made that plan out yet as far as when I will go - I think it will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I have to take my husband in to work at 5:30 am to get the car to go work out but I need to do it. I decided today I need to throw out these old jeans I'm wearing. Maybe tomorrow. Then I'll be forced to wear my new ones. Tight but they fit. My size 22's. Thank God I didn't have to buy those 26's. I am still worried about my dog but she's not getting any worse and seems happy. Her appetite is still a little off though. I am reading The Beck Diet Solution and I just got the workbook today and they are really good and will be really helpful. I recommend them to anyone who wants to increase their odds of losing the weight and keeping it out. I am going to find 3 recipes each for breakfast, lunch and dinner and 3 vegetable recipes today or tomorrow. I'm getting bored with my food choices and I'm even considering moving on to OWL even though I still have so much to lose. I've also thought about changing back to eating net carbs instead of total carbs because of the constipation that got so bad when I switched. I may just be getting impatient because I haven't lost weight this week. Anyway today the constipation resolved itself finally.

Good Job on getting that walk in. I need to be doing that myself.

You have such a great positive attitude. Walking is a great exercise, if I may, I have a suggestion if your tight on time. You can incorporate ankle and wrist weights on your 30 min walks. 1 to 2 lbs to start. It'll increase your physical output by 30 to 50% depending on the speed of your walk. It's mild resistance, but if you feel it's too much, take them off at 10 min intervals. This way your adding tone & strength in a 30 min time frame. Just a thought. The Beck Diet sounds interesting, can you post more info?

Multi, making exercise plans and sticking to it isn't always easy. Im sure there are some that can do both, but Im one of the ones that hasn't been able to master that yet even though I know how great I feel after. Kudos to you for doing that.
