I didn't feel good today, again. I haven't felt good for a few days now. I only ate once today, but I don't think that's what it is. No real symptoms to speak of, yet I I don't feel good. My back is killing me, all the time. To the point I am avoiding simple tasks, even fun stuff. I've thought about taking a pain pill to cope, but I don't want to go down that road. Plus, I'm not in Ketosis anymore. I'm not sure how. I'm going to re-evaluate my numbers and intake. I may also try a 24 or 48 hours fast. I'll have to keep an eye on my BS and BP. I may keep a written journal, I don't know yet.
