I have now swapped scales, and encountered a weight loss dilemma, basically my old scale is 1 kg lower than the replacement, but as a person, and all the work I am putting in I prefer the lower weight but hate the fact that I have to step on it 10 times to get an accurate reading. Anyway since replacement seems mostly accurate I will cope the weight gain on the chin seeing it represents the weight difference due to change in scale not eating. I am still sleeping late and this will be my downfall. I will have to plan on how to avoid this see why I am sleeping late and do a workaround. Starting to get some regular exercise so I am quite pleased about that. Also I have discovered how to ingest psyllium husks just put water in a glass take a tablespoon add the husks stir for no longer than 5 seconds and drink as quickly as possible. Speed is the key here. The first time I left in a plate the husks gel'd up to present me with one of the nastiest tasting experiences ever.
