Just got back from the gym & I'm feelin' the burn today! Another 70 mins on the elliptical (4days straight). This time I did 35 mins forward & 35 mins in reverse, both on elevation 12 & resistance 3 (usually at 10 & 1 but I could tell it was time to ramp it up), totally 4.63 mi & 712 cals burned. Reverse for that long at that setting was like walking through knee deep mud, backwards, uphill. But I made it & I'm feeling good.

I realized after doing a little research that the type of working out I'm doing is endurance training. Glad to be b/c it's actually what I need to be doing to be fit & ready for my next 2 field camps next Jan & March. I just barely made it through my first one this past Jan & I don't need a repeat of that horrible experience.

Time for some dinner. Hopefully I can get it all down. Gonna add more to it since I had to stop force feeding myself my lunch. I don't know what was up earlier but I just couldn't eat, so after 30 mins of forcing food down I just stopped. Anyway, I believe that dinne will go better ; )
