This morning, I was reading a blog by someone who wasn't impressed with Bulletproof Coffee. There are more than a few misconceptions about it. <br> First, do not drink it if you are ingesting more than 20 carbohydrates per day! It will put on the weigh, not take it off. Second, if you have to drink 20 cups of coffee per day, make the first one Bulletproof, then have the rest black. Bulletproof coffee has been a life saver for me. It is quick, filling, and feels special. Before, I had trouble getting ENOUGH calories, then after days of deficit, I would binge and undo any possible weight loss. It is not a pretty pattern. I need my extravagant coffee.
