Weight is stalling here around 113 give or take. I've been slipping too much, snacking on a few things I shouldn't. I'm still sticking to the meal plans, its just the in betweener stuff. It's hard to pack picnic stuff on the fly when the kids and I just pick up and go. Lunch today was cashews and crackers! It's all I could find! Luckily I had diet soda, so i chugged down 2 of those! I just need to do better having things prepared and readily available in the house.
