Finally rolled out of bed. Completed workout #6 for the week. It's the first time in a long time that I've done the entire week schedule for the GST program. Today was a lot of overall stretching which feels good after being sore all week. Feels like I have a running start to the new year!
It's -20 degrees but my goal is to get outside today, I haven't done more than poke my head outside since Wednesday. if I can start my car I might even do some geocaching.
