Adding carbs back into diet. Starting today I will continue the same calorie intake, but now switching nutrients to 48-60% carbs, 20-25% protein, and 20-40% fats. Need to try to stay under 30g of carbs per meal. I need to slow down the weight loss and see if I can stabilize between 184-192 lbs, the carbs with that.
