Dropped 3 lbs since ysterday, 224 now..Nice, typical for this early stage, though, and there will be 2 back up again. I am not going to check in. Monday morning is the day I do it. Let's see. What I did different. Higher fat, less hungry, fewer calories, lots of energy. Strange :-) but good. Not hungry. Intermittent by just not being hungry. Feeling well, head is clearer. I am sleeping better. It has been 21 days of LC so far. Adjusting period in the beginning, for a week or so. Then strict.

Good job! 🙆🏻‍♀️Sometimes it’s hard to believe how much raising the fat without raising the sugar really helps keep the calories lower! LOL ! 🤷🏻‍♀️
