Been back on "the wagon" for 1 day. I took advantage of being sick & gained my 6lbs back, but a week later (even w/ crap eating), I lost 4.2lbs. There were days when the only significant protein I got in was from cheese! My body is crazy but I'm grateful for that drop. I spent a few hrs Sun night & most of yesterday cooking meat for the week (possibly will last longer). Glad I pushed myself to do it.

I woke up this morning craving carbs big time!! I was going to have some whole wheat toast but pushed through it & had a 3 egg white + 1 whole egg omelet. It was good & more than enough to eat.

Took the WebMD fitness assessment just to see what they recommended for me calorie-wise. Don't go under 1200 cals & if I want to lose 2lbs/wk my daily caloric intake should be 1508 cals. When I started out I already had my range set for 1200-1500 calls/day. So still keeping that range but shooting for ~1300 cals daily.

I think that's it for the day. I'm exhausted. Still sick but no where near as bad as before but the coughing is still keeping me up at night. Hope everyone else is doing well ; )
