I just got back from vacation, and I feel so tired. Ironic, right?
Actually, though, I think my body was overworking from eating unhealthy foods for so many days. I was out of the country, in a place that hardly eats veggies and fruits. We were also up late and awake before 7 am. Basically, I am also tired from not getting my normal 8 hours of sleep.
Today, I slept in until 1 pm. I just allowed my body to catch up on sleep. I wonder if I gained weight. I wouldn't be surprised if I did. It's okay though. The wedding I went to was beautiful.
