Slow and steady, indeed. Five years of tracking on Fatsecret. This is the greatest tool. There are days I go over, and just do better the next. My real goal is probably 50 more to lose, but I only do goals of 5 lbs at a time. Makes it easier (in my head). Thanks Glen and John
