A nice drop. I have like a weigh in ritual now to try to be consistent lol. I weigh myself in nothing but undies after I've brushed my hair, brushed my teeth, and of course used the restroom and always in the morning. Not always 7 days apart but I'm trying, some mornings I do it just because it reminds me of the progress I need to make. This week so happened to be 'my week' so I thought I might still be 165's. By the end of this year I should be back in the 'healthy BMI' zone. If not then I'll survive. At this rate though, next year I will hit my goal. It was a horrible feeling stepping on at 174 and I don't intend to let that happen again. Exactly 10 pounds gone, quite a bit more to go.
