Another good day. Ate too many calories today though and I still have 4 carbs to eat. Can't decide if it's better to skip the carbs or eat the extra calories. I was thinking of having almonds which have 110 calories. Duh, it just dawned on me I could eat some celery sticks and get my carbs and only eat 6 calories a stalk. I walked about 20 minutes inside a store today. I was craving fruit today and I bought some pork rinds because I was stressed and wanted to binge. Fortunately I decided not to eat anything while I was craving and wanting to binge. I decided the best thing was to wait and eat only when I felt normal or at least at my regular time in a normal amt. I did that so I feel great about how I handled the situation. I want so much to lose this weight, change my life and keep the weight off while I'm doing it. If I just lose the weight but I don't learn and do the things I need to keep it off all the effort will be for nothing. This is for life not for the next week or month. My ketone stick did not turn either of the darkest two purple colors this time. It was on the third strip down.

Good morning, You are doing very well. I really wouldn't worry about trying to get those extra carbs in at the end of the day, 4 is not that big of a deal.

Thanks - I never quite know what to do at the end of the day if I am short a few carbs. I try to plan so I get them all in every day.
