It ended up being a very busy day yesterday. I went to the gym a bit early and got a 1.5mph run in at 6.5mph before I met with my personal trainer at 9am. We did a number of stretches and simple weight lifting exercises I can do at hotel gyms over the next few weeks. After the workout I headed over to meet some friends and went on a 2 hour hike through Discovery park in Seattle. We went out for a big lunch afterwards that pretty much erased the entire calorie deficit I had built up – but it kept me full for the rest of the day and this morning too!
Anyhow, I am off to Las Vegas for my team’s annual convention today and won’t be back (which means no weighing in) until Friday. I figure this will be a good test to see how I do with my weight-loss while on the road.
