brain storm.my weight loss has come to a hault lately.in truth also some gain.i know i have diet and water under control but exercise has been my downfall,i used to be a total couch potato now i am just a tatertot,not that i can eat either.i am going to try 1hr. of machine workout.it is still light to moderate but i am hoping it will give my body the jolt it needs to see 160lbs. by this summer.wish me luck.
