I have compleseted my first week at my new job, we have been setting up the whole store from bare shelfs so its been 8-9 hour days of standing or constantly moving, i am also having problems balancing mommyhood, work and weight loss right now lol i wake up tired so you can just guess how i comt home VERY VERY TIRED lol so being able to "work out" has been impossible, im fininding myself not wanting to do much on my days off im also in pain from standing on my feet so much and always moving, i have been lifting boxes so my back muscles and arm muscles hurt lol and it doesnt help to have a toddler who wants to bew held and carried much of the time since she has been very sick in the past week. anyone got any tips on how to manage my very busy life? my life is basicly work, daughter, baseball, sleep, and workign around my hubbys work schedual(not putting daughter in daycare).......
