howcome that everyone looks at me says i look small, but when i look at myself in the mirror, i see myself fat =/

thanks king. know what? whenever i restrict myself from eating, i always remember what you told me in my forum post of weight loss plateau. you're such an inspiration king!

Gaining confidence in yourself, at least for me, seems like as slow a battle as the actual weight loss. It will take time. Focus on those compliments when you're having a rough moment!
