You only drink water for some amount of days. I`ll try 7-9 days.

How are you getting on... i'm on day one... and hoping to do a 2-3 day one first then 7-14 day one next.

I`m on the 4th day now and I feel really good except that I think of food all the time. But trust me I`m not hungry at all. I hope you will do well.
