So here we are back above where I originally started. I finally tipped 240 (thanks my love of beer) and I'm ready to make a change again. I've been saying that the past few years but this is a line in the sand for me.

At my highest ever I was near 300lbs and I will not be going back there. If I don't change now that's where I'm headed and I remember how proud I was to get to where I was and how ashamed I am now.

Tomorrow it's time to stock up on chicken breast and steamable vegetables and make the gym mandatory and not an option. Even if I show up for 1 set the habit will be going 5 days a week.
