I HAVE BEEN EATING HEALTHY STILL BUT SLIPPED A FEW TIMES WITH TOO MUCH BREAD OR A CHOCOLATE BAR BUT I STILL STAYED WITHIN MY CALORIES. MY WEIGHT STAYED THE SAME FOR SO LONG AND NOW THIS WEEK I HAVE PUT ON 2LB SO LEAST ITS MOVING AGAIN LOL EVEN THOUGH ITS GONE UP. IVE STARTED GOING ON MY BIKE TWICE A DAY FROM YESTERDAY AND ILE GET BACK TO RECORDING EVERYTHING FROM TODAY.
I AM GOING ON HOLIDAY TO THE CANARY ISLANDS IN 13 DAYS SO I NEED TO REALLY LOOSE A FEW POUNDS SO I CAN AT LEAST WEAR A BAKINI TOP WITH SHORTS.
