Have had a terrible 2 months. Went on holiday and put on 3.6kilos then put on more on returning home. Could not get back on track but have been really good this week and went to WW today and lost 3kilos in one week. They had to weigh me twice to make sure they were right. Well on hope to loose lots more from now on. Can do with encouragement from all you out there. Helcha
