Finally got out for walk decide a 5km (3.11 miles) to get a baseline on my pace tried very very short 1 minute run intervals managed 8 and came in bang on 1 hour - tomorrow is my big weigh in day for week 2.

Thanks you guys 184 it's been a year and half since I've run And considering all together I ran for 8 minutes lol I'm pretty friggin sore
