I'm not hungry at all! That wouldn't be a problem, except that it's 11am and I've not eaten yet today. I've usually eaten twice by this time! I don't want my body to go into starvation mode, and bank all the calories I consume, but, I don't want to eat just because of the clock on the wall...

Maybe eating some veggies-celery, acrrots, or some fruit would do it-Keep your body from starvation mode but not be too filling. Good luck. And Happy New Year
