I did a weigh in on Sunday. I'm down to 398. It's amazing to me how a little goes a long way in regards to confidence. I was about 10 days late on my goal of dropping below 400lbs. I think I am learning something in this last round of weight loss. For some reason yogurt and nuts seem to stall my weight loss. These are a couple items I REALLY like, and don't want to give up. On the plus side though, since the last weigh in I discovered Halo Top Ice Cream. Low Cal, and low carb but... HIGH Price! Maybe that's the idea. To get you to eat sparingly. But when I do it's worth it. It's coming in real handy during what I call birthday season, Aug to Nov when the entire family just about has their birthday during those months. It's nice to have it when during celebrations everyone in the family is sitting around having cake and regular ice cream. Keeping on though... Next goal is to be down another 25 lbs (375 or under) by thanksgiving.
