Sunday batch cook beef stew - I include loads of veg (leek, sweet potato, onion, carrot, onion, courgettes, celery, parsley, tomato) in this so I don't need to add rice/potato when I serve it up! I was sneaky and added a can of Guinness beer to it! 😁
