I am proud of myself today. I was offered a free piece of cheesecake and I did not eat it. I wasn't even tempted. I didn't plan very well today though which wasn't good. I was also a bit disappointed that I weighed 239 instead of 237 like I did yesterday. Lesson learned - don't weigh more often than once a week. I also promised myself I would walk for 20 min. today and I broke that promise. How can I motivate myself to be as committed to exercise as I am to my food plan?
