Pulled a muscle in my back on Friday ... maybe while sneezing (it's an age thing!) woke up Saturday and forced a 10 mile bike ride, but then the muscle progressively got worse. The heating pad and a muscle relaxer helped get me thru Saturday. Sunday morning woke with the pain still there 😥 Icy hot was my aroma for the day. Husband prepared meals... didn't eat that great. Will feel the weight of beef, potato salad and pizza.
