I made a few goals last week. The only one I kept was no restaurant meals. But! I did do better than I did the week before. And WATER! So. Much. Water. I bought bottled waters for lazy/ease of use.
The scale keeps moving just a bit a week. I just let myself get hungry before I eat, and when I eat of a "stuffed" scale I only let myself eat to about 6/10. I have been wanting to snack more doing this. I'll need to get into actual food monitoring and really into keto, but for now I'm all right with this. :)
GOAT CHEESE! I tried goat cheese in eggs (cooked in butter) with herbes de provence (herb blend). It was great! It's hard to not love cheese. I had big plans for the rest of the goat cheese, but I accidentally left it out all night. It's a soft, fresh cheese so no recovery... sob...
My goals for this coming week are like last week: soda = 0, bring tea to work ≥ 1 day vending machine food ≤ 1 day, restaurants meals = 0, and drink a pint of broth daily ≥ 6 days
I take a lot of pleasure from soda at work. But I don't need it!
