I found out yet again why it is a bad idea to weigh every day instead of once a week. My weekly weigh-in day is supposed to be tomorrow. Today I weighed 242 which was a lot more than yesterday's 237. Obviously my weekly weight is probably somewhere in between. I was very careful with my food both days so my eating was OK. I bought a low-carb cookbook tonight which will help w/my food boredom. We made an asparagus fritata recipe tonight which was very good. We also ate pollock which was a different food choice for me. I'm drinking almost all my water after 5pm again which will keep me up all night in the bathroom. Tomorrow I absolutely will go walk either on the treadmill or outside or at the mall. I have not been exercising at all which is terrible. Tomorrow I start both of my challenges, too.
