Hello!! Start to a new week and a new motivation. Saturday was my PHX STS and it was amazing. I learned so much from people and I got to see some excellent results. Men loosing 100-150lbs in 10 plus months and women loosing 110 lbs in 10 months. Shows me I need to stay motivated and always be on my A game. Today is fitcamp. It is the hardest thing for me since its Monday but I am going to give it my all and more. I have 98.8 lbs to go until I hit my goal. It is possible!!
