Well, I know I said that I wasn't going to run this morning, but . . . It was 55 degrees outside, and dry. I couldn't help myself! Anyway, yesterday I only ran 2 1/4 miles, so this morning I put in just a little over 3.1 miles. It felt much better today. I would have run longer, but I had things to do before going to work. We are looking for a high today of about 80F. I want to go home. :) I think yesterday was the first day, in about two weeks, that I kept my diet below my RDI. I know it's no excuse; just proves I'm no superman when it comes to anxiety and temptation. Getting better though. I'll post my weight history for this timeframe when I see consistent progress. In the meantime, I'm just going to concentrate on logging my intake, and keeping up with my exercising. Good Day!
