I am pleasantly surprised on how I am managing to stay on target without having any of the cravings I used to have in the past. There are niggles from time to time but no actual craving! LCHF has been an eye opener for me. Never thought I could reduce carbs and cut out sugar without needing to quietly rock in the corner! lol.
Weight is coming off...and this isn't a marathon. It make take awhile to get where I want to be but if it keeps up the way it is I will enjoy the journey and not feel deprived (which is what always happened and caused me to go of the rails in the past).
