Took Measurements this morning:
bust: 39.5 (-.25) waist: 32.5 tummy: 38.5 (-.5) thigh: 24.5
Sick kid all weekend. So, I didn't get a workout in. Must must must work out today!
Found a next exercise for postpartum moms to help with the "pooch" - 10 mins a day for 12 weeks. Starting today!
