Skipped gym today and tried to compensate by eating a little less. Walked 6,4kms according to my Fitbit - not great, but passable. Pilates tomorrow! I must do it!
187.4 lb Lost so far: 40.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
