I have been away for a few days so unable to add my diet. Its been little food intake and when i have its been rubbish food like Chinese sandwiches and sweets. Not happy with what i ate but its all i could grab at short notice. I dont think i ate anywhere near my amount of calories but it was rubbish food. Having said that i done a lot of walking around forests and hills some days was 6 hours so hopefully i haven't put on much weight. I will get back to it today and get back on track with recording it.
