Dinner Time
Mashed broccoli, asparagus and spinach (and guilty butter), plus some salad and grilled pork.

If you are doing low carb, you need the butter or Olive oil. Nice meal!

I've never tried mashing my vegetables before like that (except with cauliflower and of course potatoes lol). I will have to try that! Your meal looks great :)

Try mashed greens with butter, it reminds me of mashed potatoes.

I didn't know you could mash broccoli! At first I thought that was a really thick creamed spinach! Really curious about this now. Need to try it! Thanks for typing in what's on your plate btw! Your meal looks delicious, and your plate looks very cool!

Butter is nothing to feel guilty about. Our brains are made of saturated fat, not margarine ;)

I mash it in food processor and I don`t know how other techniques would work.
