Has anyone tried this recipe?

It's a recipe for ice cream that is very Keto friendly. I have already added all possible ingredients to my shopping cart on Amazon as well as an ice cream maker. I put together the ingredients it provided as well as some cacao powder into Fatsecret to get an idea of what type of ratios and calories I would be dealing with.
This recipe runs as 92% fat, 6% protein, and 2% carbohydrates. I am considering adding some whey protein to up the protein count. They said in the video whey protein can improve the texture and ability to scoop the ice cream as well.

The reviews for the recipe are excellent, but I am wondering how much quantity this makes so I know how many servings to expect.

Let us know how it works out! I rarely crave sweets, so it's not often an issue. But on the rare occasion that I want ice cream, I just whip heavy cream to a thick consistency, add my sweetener of choice, flavoring of choice, and pop it in the freezer for an hour or so. Thick, creamy, and simple. For reference, I use 1/2 cup whipping cream, 2 tsp Pyure stevia sweetener, 2 tsp cocoa powder, and a dash of vanilla extract. Makes a luscious chocolate 'ice cream'.

Interesting. I'm not that keen on creating replacement concoctions, but this could be worth a try. Thanks for the link! As well as reminder to revisit bulletproof coffee. Yum!
