I have health issues which have dragged me down and made me see things in a negative way. I put on weight not a great deal but enough to add to me being sad about how i look. But i feel something has changed I have been feeling really good for a few days its almost like i have woke up and realise life is too short we are what we are and we have what we have.
I am finding it difficult to eat all my calories because im bored of the food and also some days im just not hungry enough. I have been constructive the last few days which is good for me i have painted and hung a really cool muriel in my bedroom. I have been out my house twice this week which is really good for me also.
If i can continue like this each day im sure i will get better quicker
