well no excuses slight gain, have been a bit slack on the exercise this week, why is it that when i miss one day it turns into two?!but... ive been pretty good on the food front, night munching for this week= 4 outa 7, nt as good as last week but still a lot better than the week before!! i just found out i have to go in for day surgery end of next week, have some stuff to be removed am hoping like hell it weighs 3.7 kilos!! lol! just want to also say thanks to my buddies for your nice thoughts and words of encouragement last couple of weeks, you are all specialxx hope everyones having a great week, away to check up on yas now!!cheers di
